I don’t normally ‘do’ Korma, but I was cooking for a curry virgin and didn’t want to go too hot. This is a very mild Korma, bordering on bland. I’d definitely cook it again though, probably making a bit more exciting with a little extra chilli and some mushrooms or baby sweetcorn
